FAQ:
Q: When will you contact me regarding my delivery?
A: You will receive a phone call approximately 2 days prior to expected delivery of your goods from our Sales Office confirming the delivery date.
Q: What will happen to the empty packaging?
A: If asked when our delivery team arrive we will place the goods into the room required, unpack the goods and remove the empty packaging. We will then take the packaging back to our factory and recylce as much as possible.
Q: What should I do with my old furniture?
A: Unfortunately due to British Health and Safety laws we cannot remove any old furniture from your house.
Elite however have teamed up with Waste Aware Glasgow who may come out and collect your old furniture for free and then re use it. You can call Waste Aware Glasgow on 0141 314 1450. Or visiting their website by clicking here .
We would also recommend phoning your local council who will be able to inform you of any different options that you can choose of disposing of your furniture.
